Position Overview:  The Pool and Beach Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the resort’s pool and beach areas, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, safety compliance, and team efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for luxury hospitality, and the ability to maintain the highest service standards.    Key Responsibilities:  * Ensure a seamless, luxurious, and personalized experience for all guests at the pool and beach areas.  * Greet and engage with guests, responding promptly to their requests and addressing concerns efficiently.  * Monitor the quality of poolside and beachside service, including food & beverage, towel services, and cabana reservations.  * Supervise, train, and motivate pool and beach attendants to uphold Forbes Five-Star standards.  * Conduct daily inspections of the pool, beach, cabanas, and surrounding areas to maintain cleanliness and functionality.  * Oversee the proper setup and breakdown of pool and beach amenities.  * Coordinate with the engineering team to promptly address any maintenance or cleanliness issues.  * Maintain accurate records of incidents, guest feedback, and operational logs.  * Ensure adherence to the resort’s policies and luxury service standards.  * Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and business.  Qualifications and Skills:  * Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.  * Previous experience in a supervisory role at a luxury resort, private country club, or high-end hospitality setting.  * Strong knowledge of pool and beach operations, safety regulations, and guest service best practices.  * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.  * Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.  * Proficiency in resort management systems and basic administrative tasks.  Physical Requirements:  * Must be able to safely lift, move, and stack items weighing up to 40 lbs.  * Able to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.  * Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
