POOL BOYS IS ON THE LOOKOUT FOR A MOTIVATED AND EXPERIENCED POOL CLEANER AND/OR TECHNICIAN TO JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM!

In this role, you’ll be responsible for cleaning, servicing, and maintaining residential and commercial pools while delivering the high standards our clients expect. Depending on your skills, you may also be involved in equipment installation and assisting with larger renovation projects.
This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, proactive, tech-savvy, and enjoys a mix of independent work and team collaboration. If you take pride in your work and enjoy building strong client relationships, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform full-service pool cleaning: vacuuming, skimming, brushing, and balancing water chemistry etc..
  • Inspect and maintain pool equipment to ensure proper function.
  • Use mobile technology to log service visits, manage your schedule, and communicate with the team.
  • Clearly communicate with clients about pool care, maintenance tips, and service options.
  • Recommend additional products or services—earn bonuses for successful referrals or upsells.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus)

  • Programming pool equipment and controllers
  • Basic equipment repair and troubleshooting

No experience with the above? No worries—we’re happy to train the right person!

  • ️ Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous pool cleaning and maintenance experience is REQUIRED
  • Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using mobile apps for scheduling and job tracking
  • Friendly and professional with good communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • A valid driver’s license—company vehicle provided
