Our busy and popular Pools are looking for a cover / trainee Duty Manager. We are looking for an enthusiastic team member, who is interested in serving and supporting the community. This very varied role requires a flexible approach, can remain calm under pressure and multi task. You will oversee junior staff as well as be customer facing, dealing with members of the public and therefore be an excellent communicator. Must hold a current NPLQ certification and also be computer literate. This role will also include lifeguard shifts when not as DM

Job Types: Contract, 12 to 20 hours (plus extra cover and availability), will include DM and lifeguard shifts.
Salary: £12.21 per hour to £13.68p/h depending on age & experience. Wage is based on someone over 21 applying with previous experience.
