We’re looking for a passionate and driven Casual Swim Instructor to join our Health Club team and help deliver engaging, safe, and inclusive swimming programs for all ages.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prepare and deliver tailored swimming lesson plans for individuals, children, and aged care participants
  • Promote water safety and confidence in the pool
  • Ensure lane space and teaching equipment are ready, safe, and functional
  • Participate in team training and teaching workshops
  • Demonstrate understanding of pool chemistry, purification, and filtration systems
  • Follow duty of care protocols including incident reporting and mandatory reporting

About You

  • Passionate about swimming and water safety
  • Confident communicator with a friendly and professional approach
  • Reliable and enthusiastic team player
  • Available to work weekends

  • AUSTSWIM / Swim Australia Qualified Teacher (or equivalent)
  • Level 2 First Aid Certificate (including CPR)
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
  • 2025 Influenza vaccination

  • Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
