Elix is on the Ionian coast of mainland Greece and lays in a stunning location above Karavostasi beach between Parga and Syvota. Mar-Bella Collection is looking for Pool Lifeguards. The Pool Lifeguard ensures guest safety by monitoring pool activities, preventing accidents, and providing emergency care. They enforce safety regulations, maintain a professional appearance, and ensure effective communication with guests and staff. Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all guests and associates, by acting quickly and appropriately at all times Maintain good communication between the department, other departments, and all guests Provide emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services Present professional appearance and attitude at all times and maintain a high standard of customer service Provide pool safety and supervision for guests, monitors activities in the water to prevent accidents and to ensure the safety and well-being of guests Implements and monitors policies and procedures, enforces regulations and cautions guests regarding unsafe activities. Performs all required lifeguard-training skills as needed Responsible for open-close the area of duty and check equipment for its functionality Follow all H&S rules, hotel policies, SOPs and Standards at all times. Attend all training and seminars provided by the company and continuously remain updated on all trends and market news. - Participates in required training sessions, including safety drills and other emergency procedures 2 years of experience as lifeguard in luxury hospitality will be an asset High school Diploma Lifeguard license Fluency in English & Greek Ability to handle difficult and or stressful situations Ability to maintain/adhere to company Standards, Policies & SOPs Able to work under pressure and under supervision Develop effective working relationships internally & externally / Ability to work in a team Managing crisis situations / Spotting hazards and preventing accidents / Excellent managing of rescue boat Communication Skills Spoken and Written / Decision making and Negotiation Skills / flexibility & adaptability / Time management and multi-tasking / problem solving skills Mar-Bella Collection offers: Competitive compensation package On-going training opportunities Accommodation ( if necessary) Meals within the premises Working uniform (and its cleaning)
