Description The ideal candidate must be a disciplined, accurate, results oriented, and analytical person with a high level of technical expertise. They must also be a self starter and able to work independently. Duties of our Pool Maintenance Technicians: Perform pool cleaning: skimming, vacuuming, brushing, emptying skimmer baskets, and backflushing filter. Provide excellent customer services. Present a professional appearance including your company truck, equipment and uniform. Conducting inspections; resolving our customers' pool maintenance needs. Communicate with office personnel in a professional courteous manner. We offer our Pool Maintenance Technicians: Benefits such as Medical, Dental, and Vision as well as 401K and Profit Sharing. Company vehicle, gas card and cell phone for their work use. Ability to start from home 4 days per week. Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years Be able to pass a background Be able to pass a drug screening and physical. Be comfortable working in the elements. Enjoys repetitive work Lift and carry up to 100lbs
