A Pool Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a specific area or department within a business. His role is crucial in ensuring energetic operations, guest satisfaction, and employee performance.

GUEST EXPERIENCES

  • Lead your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, providing authentic personalized service and in-depth product knowledge;
  • Run the operations efficiently, making sure guest receive a friendly welcome on arrival, ensure a smooth sunbeds rotation. ensuring high-quality, well-presented food and drinks are delivered promptly and accurately;
  • Develop great guest relationships, recognizing returning guest and their preferences to improve loyalty;
  • Carry out guest satisfaction checks, taking quick action to improve service and resolve complaints, supporting your team where needed;
  • Enhance the pool’s image through online reputation, driving positive reviews on key platforms (e.g. TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, exc.);
  • Work closely with collateral venues in order to increase communication and operations. Being in charge of event, and planning them according to business and rota;
  • Monitor music and entertainment to create an attractive atmosphere that supports the pool’s concept.
