JOB SUMMARY

The Pool Operations Manager is responsible for supervising daily pool and recreation operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and service excellence, while also overseeing the food and beverage program for the pool areas. This role supports the Director of Food & Beverage to drive guest satisfaction, maximize revenue opportunities, and deliver consistent service in alignment with Westin standards. The manager provides leadership to pool staff, F&B team members, and vendors, ensuring compliance with safety, service, and financial objectives.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in hospitality, food & beverage, recreation, or related fieldOR
  • 2-year degree in Hospitality, Business, Recreation, or related field and 1+ years of related experience

GUEST EXPERIENCE

  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Model and reinforce Westin service culture, ensuring high visibility and approachability with guests.
  • Coordinate with culinary and stewarding teams to ensure timely, high-quality food and beverage delivery.
  • Plan and support group and guest activities, including events, wellness programs, and entertainment offerings.
