Description Position Overview: The Pool Quality Technician will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall quality of our pool facilities. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of pool maintenance. Essential Functions: Perform water quality Inspections. Adjust chemical levels as necessary to maintain proper balance and clarity. Maintain pool surfaces, including scrubbing tiles, vacuuming pool floors, and skimming debris. Respond promptly to any pool-related emergencies or incidents. Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance activities, including test results and chemical usage. Collaborate with management to address any issues or concerns related to pool quality and safety. Stay informed about current regulations and best practices in pool maintenance and safety. Other duties as assigned by Management. Requirements Requirements: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on business demands Must be able to multi-task and be flexible in a fast-paced environment Must be able to work well with others Must be able to communicate effectively Physical Demands: Able to lift at least 50 pounds Able to walk or stand for extended periods of time Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions (including direct sun, hot temps, rain, wind) Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in pool maintenance or a related field preferred Strong knowledge of pool chemistry and water quality standards Ability to operate pool maintenance equipment, such as pumps, filters, and vacuums Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and address maintenance issues promptly CPO/AFO
