Responsibilities

THE ROLE…

We are seeking an experienced Pool Receptionist to join our team at Soho Farmhouse (OX7 4JS). A Pool Receptionist will take care of guests in the newly built Teeny House Pool. You will be a key point of contact for all members and guests, ensuring seamless service across the space. You will uphold Soho Health Club’s reputation for excellence by delivering warm, personalised service, maintaining impeccable standards and supporting cross-department collaboration. Key responsibilities are ensuring a high level of customer care, checking guests in and out of the facilities, maintaining the areas, assisting guests during their use of the spaces and taking bookings.

MAIN DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Provide a consistent, warm welcome to all members and guests across all wellness spaces.
  • Manage reservations, check-ins and enquiries
  • Maintain immaculate standards across reception, gym, spa, pool areas.
  • Anticipate guest needs and offer elevated touches, including refreshments, towels and personalisation.
  • Promote classes, treatments, retail and events to enhance engagement.
  • Capture and share guest feedback for service improvement and personalisation.
  • Provide life guard duties on shift.
  • Adhere to health and safety policy (I.e. IIPP, worker’s comp procedures, and allergy procedures) and ensure is always followed as well as implement, monitor and enforce compliance with all Company policies, procedures, and standards and local, state, and federal law as applicable
