POOL REPAIR TECHNICIAN – RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL SWIMMING POOLS

Location: Jacksonville, FL
Pay: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour
Hours: 40–50 hours per week | Full-time or Part-time | Year-round work
Coppersmith Recruitment and Services Inc., on behalf of our client, is seeking a skilled Pool Repair Technician to join their professional pool service team in Jacksonville, Florida. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
  • Able to pass a criminal background check.
  • 2+ years of experience in pool repair, pool maintenance, or similar mechanical repair field.
  • Strong understanding of swimming pool systems, water chemistry, and hydraulic principles.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment efficiently.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to lift 50 lbs., bend, stoop, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair pool systems including pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and automation systems.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to extend the life of pool equipment.
  • Conduct water testing and chemical balancing as part of the repair process.
  • Identify and replace worn or faulty parts.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and industrial-grade pool equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate service records for all repairs, including parts used and work completed.
  • Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs, costs, and timelines.
  • Follow all safety protocols and comply with local regulations.
