Be Remarkable.  I seek ways to be extraordinary and deliver a positive impact every day.   POSITION SUMMARY The Pool Server at Molly’s Café supports food and beverage service at café and The Sanctuary Pool. This role requires a versatile hospitality professional who can seamlessly assist as a pool server, barista, food runner, and bartender as business needs require. The ideal candidate delivers friendly, efficient, and high-quality service while maintaining a relaxed yet polished poolside experience for guests   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:    Pool & Spa Service * Provide attentive food and beverage service to guests at The Sanctuary Pool and designated tables * Take accurate orders and serve items from Molly’s Café in a timely and professional manner * Maintain cleanliness and organization of poolside and service areas Barista Duties * Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, and specialty drinks according to Molly’s Café standards * Maintain barista station cleanliness and stock levels Food Runner Support * Assist with running food from the kitchen to pool, and café service areas * Ensure food presentation, accuracy, and quality before delivery Bartending Support * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages when assigned * Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and company policies General Responsibilities * Provide exceptional guest service with a friendly, approachable attitude * Be flexible and available to work across different positions as scheduled * Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards * Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment Qualifications & Skills * Previous experience as a pool server, barista, bartender, or food runner preferred * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication and customer service skills * Must be comfortable working outdoors and on feet for extended periods * Knowledge of coffee preparation and basic bartending is a plus * Must meet local requirements for food handling and alcohol service MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
