We are looking to add 2 Pool Servers to our team. Candidate will possess ability work in high volume outdoor environment. This position pays $10.98 + tips. Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following SOP's * Assist with opening pool bar duties. * Anticipate guests’ needs, responds promptly, and acknowledge all guests. * Maintains positive guest relations at all times. * Open, set up, and organize cascades dining area * Walk pool deck during service taking food and drink orders * Have working knowledge of bar menu and drinks, garnishes and preparation methods * Clean tables and rest as needed. * Work closely with bartenders to provide quality guest experience * Assist with closing shift duties Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED * Previous Experience is a Plus * Able to work in Heat during shifts * Able to work a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays. * Excellent guest service skills and oral communication skills. * Ability to lift to 20 lbs. and carry up to 75 lbs. * Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods.
