Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in pool maintenance, maintain a professional attitude, be able to work independently, take pride in their work, be able to resolve client issues or complaints, and possess mechanical knowledge to ensure the proper functioning of pool systems.
We do not like to breathe down the neck of our technicians. We simply are looking for an experienced pool technician who is excelling at their current company and are looking for a change that will value their hard effort. The ideal candidate will display a great work ethic, professionalism, pride filled work, and strive to represent us in the best way possible. We are not looking to overwork you or asking for 110%, just 100% while you are at work. You will be guaranteed a 40 hour work week maintaining around 100 pools per week, give or take a couple of pools. You will be paid weekly, drive a company truck, be provided all equipment, have bonuses that are extremely easy to attain, have paid vacation every year and have room to grow within the company.
Responsibilities
- Come in to work on time and with a positive attitude
- Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks such as weekly vacuuming, brushing of pool tiles, brushing of pool walls and floor, skimming, emptying skimmer baskets, checking and adding chemicals and salt, checking equipment for proper function, and taking a photo after service in Skimmer app
- Maintain pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pool systems
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during all maintenance and repair procedures
-Must be able to lift 50lbs
-Must be able to swim
Experience
- Prior experience in pool cleaning and maintenance is required
- Mechanical knowledge to handle various pool systems effectively
- Certification as a Pool Maintenance Technician or Service Technician is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
