Responsibilities

ABOUT THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN ROLE.

Our Pool Service Technician’s role is to provide outstanding customer service and to assist customers with their pool & spa requirements on site, as well as to generate product & service sales if required. Our training program provides our Technicians with the necessary skills to complete their key responsibilities including:

  • Cleaning of swimming pools and spas
  • Water testing and adding of chemicals
  • Maintain accurate and current information and skills
  • Perform basic marketing activities while in field
  • Organise stock in van as required for daily servicing
  • Maintain a clean and safe mobile environment, including van presentation and adhering to WH&S policies and procedures
  • Invoicing customers
