Maintain pool facilities, provide friendly assistance, and uphold the hotel’s service standards to deliver an exceptional resort experience. Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and safety of the pool area; perform opening and closing duties Replenish towels, beverages, and amenities, and manage stock levels Provide courteous and attentive service in response to guest requests or inquiries Arrange pool chairs and umbrellas to ensure guest comfort and visual order Report and manage any lost or found items following hotel policy Adhere to safety procedures and prevent accidents or hazards proactively Communicate promptly with managers or security in case of emergencies Promote teamwork and effective communication within the department Qualifications Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred (hotel, resort, or spa) Basic English communication skills preferred Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on teamwork IHG Hotels & Resorts promotes an inclusive, supportive workplace where everyone can be themselves.
