Job Title: Pool Supervisor Job Type: Seasonal Schedule: Includes weekends, evenings, and holidays Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Pool Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our pool area. This role is responsible for leading pool staff, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for guests, and maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage a team, handle guest concerns, and ensure compliance with all regulations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support pool staff Ensure all safety protocols and emergency procedures are followed at all times Monitor pool area for cleanliness, organization, and overall guest satisfaction Manage staff schedules, breaks, and daily assignments Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, concerns, or incidents Conduct routine inspections of pool facilities and equipment Maintain proper inventory levels of towels, supplies, and amenities Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and sanitation regulations Complete daily reports and communicate updates to management Qualifications: Previous supervisory experience in Food and Beverage hospitality, aquatics, or a related field preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Current CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certification is preferred(or ability to obtain before start date) Knowledge of pool safety regulations and emergency response procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Arcis Golf provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
