Monkey Tree Holiday Park is a multi-award winning family run park known for its commitment to providing exceptional customer service. We are seeking responsible, alert, and knowledgeable Pool Supervisor to join the team here at Monkey Tree Holiday Park for the 2025 season.
Situated on the North Coast of Cornwall, Monkey Tree Holiday Park benefits from having some of Cornwall’s finest beaches including Fistral Beach and Perranporth Beach just minutes away – perfect for surfing & great family days out.
This is offered on a Seasonal Contract until September 2025, with the potential to extend based on performance. The hours for this position are offered on a variable hour’s basis which means flexibility is essential.

• Working with the team to ensure the facility operates safely and efficiently.
• Controlling pool features.
• Carrying out water tests.
• Ensuring a safe pool environment.
• The supervision of bathers (as set out in the NPLQ).
• Provide a high level of customer service.
• First Aid as and when necessary.
• Ensure cleaning is to a high standard.
• Attending staff training.
• Carry out daily safety checks.
