As a Pool Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our clients' swimming pools. You'll be responsible for maintaining optimal chemical levels, detecting potential issues, and providing exceptional service that leaves our clients wowed. Job Duties: Lift tools, chemicals, and equipment unassisted, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols. Conduct daily pool service and water maintenance using industry-standard chemicals and procedures. Perform routine maintenance on Salt Chlorination equipment and report any malfunctions promptly. Test water quality parameters to maintain optimal balance and safety. Clean pool filtration units and service circulation systems. Conduct safety checks to ensure equipment and fencing are in good working order. Keep accurate records of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and spare parts. Communicate effectively with clients regarding cleaning findings. Attend periodic safety and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Must be at least 19 years of age. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for at least 3 years. Ability to pass pre-employment background screening, drug screening, and MVR. High school diploma or equivalent. Prior pool service experience not required; we provide comprehensive training!
