Description: Provides a variety of ultrasound procedures on all age groups served by the entity. Safely ensures quality images. Participates in the department continuous quality improvement process. Ensures customer satisfaction and appropriateness of care for all assigned patients. Qualifications: Degrees: High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper. Licenses & Certifications: ARDMS Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer - Abdomen. ARDMS Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer - Breast Specialty. ARDMS Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer - Ob/Gyn. ARDMS Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer. ARDMS Registered Vascular Technologist. Basic Life Support. Additional Qualifications: Graduate of an approved AMA Council on Education Program in Ultrasound Technology or Radiologic Technology. Active ARDMS certification. Six month experience in an acute care setting preferred. Registration in at least two specialties based on departmental clinical needs. Minimum Required Experience: Less than 1 year EOE, including disability/vets
