JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pool Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for individuals with complex health needs, learning disabilities and Autism ensuring that all visitors enjoy a safe and pleasant experience at the pool area. As a Pool Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the pool environment while providing exceptional service to clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is highly desirable.
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead by example and maintain order in a busy environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to swimming pools is an advantage.

• Monitor pool activities to ensure guest safety and compliance with facility rules.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, including changing rooms, and surrounding areas.
• Provide excellent guest services by greeting visitors, answering questions, and assisting with any requests.
• Manage pool supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and in good condition.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Assist in organising pool events or activities as required.
• Enforce health and safety regulations to create a secure environment for all guests.
