JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pool Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for individuals with complex health needs, learning disabilities and Autism ensuring that all visitors enjoy a safe and pleasant experience at the pool area. As a Pool Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the pool environment while providing exceptional service to clients.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is highly desirable.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to lead by example and maintain order in a busy environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to swimming pools is an advantage.
