About Us: BOTTAIA Winery blends wine country charm with resort-style relaxation. Our semi-Olympic pool, private cabines, splash pad, and lively Pool Bar & Café create an exclusive oasis where guests sip, swim, and soak up the sun. As a Server, you’ll deliver delicious food, refreshing drinks, and an incredible guest experience—all while working 100% outdoors. Summary: As a Poolside Server, you’ll be at the center of the action—greeting guests, recommending food and drinks, and ensuring smooth, friendly service. If you love engaging with people in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, this is the job for you! Compensation: Guaranteed base hourly of $16.90 - earn up to $36.00 hourly based on performance! **Compensation beyond the guaranteed based hourly rate is earned from tips and commissions which are not guaranteed, but possible as shown by some of our current associate paychecks. Schedule: Seasonal (May–October), weekends and holidays required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Welcome guests with enthusiasm and set the tone for a fun, relaxing experience. * Know the menu inside and out to make recommendations. * Take and deliver orders quickly and accurately. * Engage guests with a friendly, VIP-level experience. * Process payments efficiently. * Promote wine and merchandise sales. * Keep the poolside café clean, stocked, and running smoothly. * Work with the team to maintain seamless service. * Ensure guest and associate safety at all times. * Sell wine club memberships. * Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills: * Ability to use TOCK Reservation and TOAST POS systems. * 1-3 years of experience in hospitality or sales preferred. * Outgoing, friendly personality with strong communication skills. * Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting. * Able to stand for long periods and lift 40-50 lbs regularly. * Comfortable working 100% outdoors. * Ability to work weekends and holidays. * Ability to work the entirety of the season (May-October). * Must have or obtain a Riverside County Food Handler’s Card and ABC Responsible Beverage Service certification. COMPANY STANDARDS: * Understand and embody the BOTTAIA values and service standards. * Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and associates. * Represent the Pool Bar & Café with professionalism, enthusiasm, and top-notch hospitality. * Perform additional duties as assigned by your Manager.
