How you’ll make an impact in this role Analyze patient records across multiple health databases to pinpoint missing preventative care. Collaborate with providers to validate clinical care needs against electronic medical records. Lead patient outreach initiatives to proactively connect individuals with necessary medical services. Drive quality outcomes by ensuring our clinic maintains exceptional healthcare standards. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
