As a Parts Counter Associate, you’ll be the go-to resource for our technicians and retail customers — providing fast, accurate, and friendly parts service that keeps our operations running smoothly.  Compensation:  • $18-$20/hr based on experience  • Opportunities for growth and development    What You’ll Do  • Check in and stock incoming parts orders accurately  • Pull, organize, and distribute parts to technicians promptly  • Look up parts in catalogs, create quotes, and process invoices  • Place special orders and monitor backorders or upgrades  • Maintain communication with internal and external customers  • Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy  • Support management with damage or shortage claims  • Coordinate wholesale deliveries and returns  • Scrap warranty and obsolete parts as needed  • Uphold Walser’s Core Values: Do The Right Thing, Lead By Example, Display Positive Energy, Be Open Minded    What You’ll Bring  • Prior automotive retail/wholesale parts experience preferred (Tekion experience a plus)  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record    What’s in it for you?  Career Growth  Skill Development  Team-First Environment  Industry Exposure  Join Walser Automotive Group — where your career moves forward.    Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
