· You’ll be a Product Expert and support Sales Associates with more niche or specific customer questions and requirements
· You’ll Collaborate and work closely with with the Digital Expert/Marketing to provide content for different Social Media streams
· You’ll be a true expert and fully knowledgeable around all Porsche products and technologies
· You’ll be the first point of contact for customers to help resolve instances of technical or troubleshooting issues
· You’ll be comfortable in providing in-depth insights for Porsche Centre employees about products and technological updates
