As a Porsche Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in representing the Porsche brand and guiding customers through the entire car-buying journey to ensure an exceptional experience from introduction to delivery. Your passion for Porsche vehicles, strong sales skills, and ability to build lasting relationships will help drive sales targets and foster customer loyalty. If you have a proven track record in automotive sales (especially with luxury brands) and are motivated to excel in a high-performance environment, you might be the perfect addition to our award-winning team!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 years of automotive sales experience, preferably with luxury or high-end vehicles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a dealership environment.
  • Passion for high-performance automobiles and a strong understanding of vehicle features and performance capabilities.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships, building trust and loyalty.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and other sales software tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner, creating a positive first impression.
  • Develop new sales opportunities through networking, outreach (calls, emails, social media), and referrals to expand the client base.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and specifications of Porsche vehicles to prospective buyers.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle walkarounds, test drives, and demonstrations to showcase Porsche models’ performance and technology.
  • Present and negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values transparently to close deals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Porsche product lineup, upcoming models, manufacturer incentives, and financing programs.
  • Build and manage a customer database for follow-ups, repeat business, and long-term relationship management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, including post-sale follow-up to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Attend Porsche training programs and continuous professional development sessions to stay updated on brand knowledge and advanced sales techniques.
