Responsibilities: * Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner, creating a positive first impression. * Develop new sales opportunities through networking, outreach (calls, emails, social media), and referrals to expand the client base. * Understand and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and specifications of Porsche vehicles to prospective buyers. * Conduct thorough vehicle walkarounds, test drives, and demonstrations to showcase Porsche models’ performance and technology. * Present and negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values transparently to close deals. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Porsche product lineup, upcoming models, manufacturer incentives, and financing programs. * Build and manage a customer database for follow-ups, repeat business, and long-term relationship management. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, including post-sale follow-up to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. * Attend Porsche training programs and continuous professional development sessions to stay updated on brand knowledge and advanced sales techniques. Requirements: * At least 3 years of automotive sales experience, preferably with luxury or high-end vehicles. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a dealership environment. * Passion for high-performance automobiles and a strong understanding of vehicle features and performance capabilities. * Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships, building trust and loyalty. * Proficiency with CRM systems and other sales software tools. * Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
