Carnival Corporation & plc is excited to announce: We are hiring a Port Agency & Guest Port Services (GPS) Administrator to join our Port Operations Team. This full-time permanent position will be based in the Chatswood, Sydney and report directly to the Senior Director, Port Operations. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Port Agency & Guest Port Services teams in delivering seamless day-of-port operations and crew logistics. You will act as a key administrative and coordination support across multiple cruise line brands-ensuring efficient turnarounds, compliance with port requirements, and an exceptional experience for guests and crew alike.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Coordinating medical appointments and transport for crew members across all cruise brands
  • Processing and reconciling medical invoices with vendors and Port Agents
  • Managing pool vehicle servicing, logbooks, and availability for the GPS team
  • Submitting and tracking MTPC and PMC documentation and payments for Sydney and Brisbane port calls
  • Maintaining internal GPS calendars, staff rosters, signage updates, and visa/passport requirement tracking
  • Monitoring NPS feedback, supporting signage requirements, and completing template-based reporting
  • Collaborating closely with a small, fast-paced team of 8 to support smooth turnaround operations

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE DEMONSTRATED:

  • 2 years Administrative, Coordination experience in logistics, operations, or similar settings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
  • A collaborative and helpful attitude, especially in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence to liaise across departments and vendors
  • Valid driver’s licence (essential for managing pool vehicle needs)
  • Experience managing documentation and scheduling across multiple systems
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
