Description

Description Hallett Materials is hiring a Plant Operator to run and maintain plant equipment, keep materials stocked, and ensure safe, accurate production. What You'll Do: Operate plant equipment safely and accurately Read and follow mix designs, orders, and project specs Maintain raw material inventory and order as needed Perform routine equipment maintenance Complete required reports and documentation Keep site clean, organized, and compliant Work efficiently to meet production deadlines Support team operations as needed Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred 1–2 years related experience Ability to follow instructions and perform basic math Knowledge of construction materials and tools Strong communication skills Willing to work nights/weekends when required Why Viking Aggregates Competitive pay + PTO starting day one Paid weekly on Friday!
