Portage Practitioner | 10383 | Permanent Contract | Part-time 18.5 hours per week – Term time plus 1 week | £13,788.41 to £14,492.86 per annum | Grade G | Norfolk - Countywide Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity within the Portage service! This post is for 18.5 hours per week, term time, plus one week (training). Portage is a home visiting, educational service for children aged 0-5 years with SEND and their families, delivering the Small Steps to Learning ethos. We are a friendly, supportive team and this is a great time to join us as we have fresh opportunities in different areas of Norfolk, due to retirements and promotion. We are looking for people with a real passion for supporting children with additional requirements and a desire and experience of working with families. The successful applicant will be a part of Inclusion & Belonging within NCC and a member of the National Portage Association, which offers comprehensive professional support and training.
