Job Description Pullman at Sydney Olympic Park is searching for a warm, energetic and guest‑focused Porter to join our Front Office team. As a Porter, you will be the first welcoming face our guests encounter. Your genuine hospitality, professionalism and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences from the moment they arrive. What you’ll be doing: Warmly greet guests on arrival and departure Assist with luggage collection, delivery and group movements Escort guests to their rooms and provide an overview of hotel facilities Share local knowledge and recommendations for dining, attractions and transport Assist with parking and retrieving guest vehicles Maintain a clean, welcoming and safe lobby environment Support the Concierge and Front Office teams during busy periods Handle guest requests, queries and concerns with confidence and care Uphold Accor’s Heartist values and promote our services and offerings Qualifications Previous hotel or serviced apartment experience is ideal, but not essential A genuine passion for guest service and a warm, professional manner Strong communication skills Good knowledge of the local area OR a willingness to learn A valid driver’s license Ability to work independently, use initiative and stay calm under pressure Flexibility to work a variety of shifts such as weekends, public holidays and major event days A positive attitude, reliability, and strong personal presentation Additional Information Why Join Us?
