Job Description Your primary responsibilities will include: Welcome all guests and visitors with warmth, creating an atmosphere woven around real conviviality. Being present and visible in the lobby, to be easily identifiable by guests as the person to whom they should go to. You will assist with the transfer, storage and handling of guest luggage and property, park and retrieve guest cars as requested Help guests with requests in a professional and polite manner Assists with directions, local information, and transportation Qualifications Excellent spoken English Restricted or Full New Zealand driver’s license Ability to drive both auto and manual cars is an advantage Ability to work on a rotating roster over 7 days if required, including weekends, public holidays and morning and night shifts.
