Being present and visible in the lobby, to be easily identifiable by guests as the person to whom they should go to. You will assist with the transfer, storage and handling of guest luggage and property. Qualifications Ability to work on a rotating roster over 7 days if required, including weekends, public holidays and morning and night shifts. Passion for providing unparalleled levels of service Exceptional grooming and articulate in communication Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
