With a full complement of services for residential and commercial luxury properties, you can count on Adamas to exceed your expectations. Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Porter with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey, New York Florida and Pennsylvania. We currently have an opening at our Long Branch, NJ location. Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 3pm-11pm Pay: $16.50 / Hour Responsibilities: Responsible for inspection and cleaning of the grounds, amenities, building exteriors and common areas. Remove trash and recycling from the building and transport to outside dumpster areas Perform routine preventive maintenance and estimate time and extent of repairs throughout the building. Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Maintain inventory and organize all building tools and supplies Snow blowing, shoveling and de-icing as necessary during winter months Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary Requirements Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to meet deadlines Customer service experience Benefits: Weekly Pay Medical, Dental, 401K Vision Employee Referral Program EOE
