Porter - We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Porter to join our team. The porter plays a crucial role in ensuring the dealership lot is organized, vehicles are properly positioned, and customer experiences are exceptional. Responsibilities will Include: * Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the parking lot * Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times * Ensuring common courtesy is shown toward all clients * Maintains professional appearance * Friendly and customer service focused * Directing and parking vehicles in an organized manner * Checking vehicles for damages and reporting any issues * Performing minor vehicle maintenance such as car washing, tire pressure checks, and fluid top-ups * Ensuring that all parked vehicles are locked and secure * Keeping track of parking spaces availability * Assisting with the movement and display of vehicles for sale * Enforcing parking lot safety rules and regulations * Monitor and maintain safety and security in the parking area * Ensure the parking lot is free from debris and litter * Assist with vehicle movement as needed * Report any suspicious activities or security breaches to management * Comply with all company policies and procedures Qualifications: * 18 years of age or older * Reliable transportation to and from work * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor * Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires * Valid driver's license and clean driving record Bill Page Honda promotes a drug-free environment.
