South Port Square is actively seeking a hospitality-driven professional to join our growing team! ABOUT THE ROLE: The Porter is responsible for major floor care projects and trash disposal. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Porter: * Maintains floors and carpets within the Community. * Picks up and removes major trash from the Community. * Maintains all equipment and supplies in proper condition. * Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned. * Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. * Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively. * Previous floor maintenance experience preferred but not required. Responsibilities

The Porter is primarily responsible for executing major floor care projects, including maintaining floors and carpets throughout the community, and managing the pickup and removal of major trash items. Daily duties also involve maintaining all assigned equipment and supplies in proper condition.
