Porter/Cleaner We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Porter/Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas are kept clean, safe, and well-maintained, contributing to a positive environment for employees and visitors. Responsibilities: Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in various areas of the facility. Maintain restrooms, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and sanitary. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Clean and sanitize surfaces, including desks, countertops, and common areas. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Good time management skills and ability to work independently. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights.
