Description Position Overview The Onsite Dishwasher/Porter supports the Food Team to ensure that kitchens, all FOH including microkitchens areas and equipment are clean, organized and well maintained. This position is a critical position and will need to act quickly in a high-volume, fun and growing office food environment. Set up plates, napkins, silverware, etc. for lunch service. Maintain trash, recycling and compost stations. Clean and maintain client micro kitchen and spaces in accordance with all safety and sanitation guidelines. Support all staff as needed. Assist Food team with lunch service, deliveries and dishes. Qualifications & Requirements 2+ years experience in a kitchen Dish environment with a passion for food and people Positive attitude, strong work ethic, communication and patience Attendance and punctuality is required with schedule flexibility determined by needs Ability to be a self-sufficient problem solver and make sound decisions on-the-fly Strong understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures Basic Food Handler Certification Smartphone will be needed for communication Perks & Benefits Compensation : $21.30 per hour Free lunch during meal service Opportunities to take on larger roles within our organization + learn with a fast-growing start-up Schedule & ExpectationsTypical schedule is Monday through Friday with hours dependent on the service.
