• Maintain the floors by sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and waxing
• Perform general cleaning duties around common areas
• Wipe down gym equipment and clean gym floors/mirrors
• Keep pool area clear of any debris
• Power wash pool deck quarterly
• Power wash sports courts
• Set up, arrange and remove decorations for on site events and meetings
• Perform minor maintenance repairs such as replacing light fixtures, bulbs, window washing, etc.
• Empty and clean trash receptacles as needed
• Clean, sanitize and supply restrooms
• Monitor and report facility maintenance or safety issues
• Maintain all custodial equipment and re-order supplies as needed
