In this role, you’ll be accountable for hitting the following critical goals: Help the team to achieve and maintain an occupancy of greater than 95% Complete greater than 75% of all work orders within 48 hours Prepare vacant units for occupancy in 7 days or less Our company runs purely on EOS. Responsibilities

The porter/groundskeeper is responsible for the meticulous upkeep of the property grounds, amenities, and building exteriors. They also assist with minor cleaning and trash removal to ensure units are market-ready.
