Description PORTER Introduction Established in 1918, Guardian Service Industries is a 4th generation family-owned Janitorial, Security, Pest Control, and Engineering & Operations staffing corporation. We provide a comprehensive range of essential facility management services to over 1,000 clients across various sectors, inclusive of commercial and government buildings, residential communities, schools, industrial facilities, transportation hubs, and retail outlets throughout the East Coast and New England. The Role: Most/all of the following service tasks are to be completed daily depending on your role. Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm Pay rate: $16.00 / hr - $17.00 / hr Responsibilities & Skills: All qualified applicants should have at least 2 years of service in an organization. Must possess experience in cleaning/janitorial background. Basic Painting Wall Repair Light Plumbing Light Electrical and Carpentry Ability to communicate with site management, operations managers, and property managers Bilingual is a plus. Cleaning of residential general common areas. Mopping. Vacuuming. Trash removal. Cleaning the lounge, gym, and restrooms.
