We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented team member to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our apartment community. This role is responsible for cleaning and maintaining common areas, assisting with property upkeep, responding to maintenance and service requests, and helping create a safe, comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows safety procedures, works well with others, and is committed to providing excellent service while supporting company policies and fair housing standards.
In addition to the hourly rate, this position is eligible for monthly renewal bonuses upon completion of the applicable waiting period.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
Available to work Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Skilled in the safe use of tools & equipment used for general maintenance and repairs
Good reading and oral communication skills
Able to reason, analyze information and events, and apply judgment to solve problems
Ability to work outdoors, in all conditions, often for extended periods of time
Driving vehicles to and from the office and residential properties
Team player
Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility. Handles the movement of materials and supports general operational tasks.
