We are looking for a Part Time Person to do Porter/Maintenance work to perform tasks such as cleaning and organization and filtering. You will be responsible for cleaning equipment, putting up deliveries and ensure facilities are tidy and functional. Candidate must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina.

SKILLS

• Must be a thorough cleaner and be consistent
• Time management skills are a must to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Experience using hand and electrical tools
• Ability to be organized
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina and dexterity
• High school diploma or equivalent
