Essential Functions for the Porter - Mobile position: Provide light maintenance on all unit turns as needed and cleaning. Take responsibility for the facility's appearance and functionality. Ensure that service delivery to the client is timely and of the highest quality. Help with installation/repairs of equipment. Utilize CMMS work order systems. Emptying and removing waste from waste baskets as needed and directed. Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Sweep and mop floors, vacuum and clean carpets. Clean and replenish supplies in restrooms. Transport tools and materials between sites or departments. All other duties as assigned. Requirements for the Porter - Mobile position: Possess outstanding customer service skills and a can-do attitude. Previous experience in a healthcare environment is a plus 1+ years of general maintenance and cleaning experience. Basic computer knowledge, including the ability to use email and work order systems. Must have the ability to complete required safety classes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Personal hand tools, a plus. Must be able to pass drug test and FBI/BCI background checks. Must be able to pass sanctions checks for working in health care facilities. Valid Driver's License.
