Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Basic problem-solving skills to address guest inquiries or issues. Appearance: Professional grooming and attire in accordance with the hotel's standards. Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge: Familiarity with the hotel's services, local attractions, and basic safety procedures. Certifications: In some cases, First Aid or CPR certification may be required or preferred.
