• To ensure efficient and sooth running of all completed work to the relevant departments.
• Move printed materials, components, and work-in-progress items between production, finishing, and dispatch departments.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of items according to production schedules and job sheets.
• Handle all items with care, maintaining quality and preventing damage or loss.
• Use manual handling equipment (e.g., trolleys, pallet trucks) safely and effectively.
• Maintain clear records of all transfers, including time, origin, and destination.
• Communicate with managers and supervisors to coordinate movement priorities.
• Assist with general porter duties, including stock movement, waste disposal, and basic housekeeping.
• Follow Company Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety Procedures as well as all other company procedures.
