Position Summary: * Create unforgettable experiences for guests from arrival to departure with exceptional service. * Securely Park guest vehicles, deliver bags, and manage amenities according to hotel policies. * Assist the Front Office team with general operational tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience. * Welcome guests to their rooms, explaining all features and hotel offerings. * Be knowledgeable about the hotel and the surrounding area, providing expert recommendations to exceed guest expectations. * Strengthen relationships with both existing and new guests, delivering our legendary service and facilitating future bookings. * Advise on local Melbourne activities, tag and deliver luggage to guest rooms, handle mail and parcels for guests and the hotel. About You: * Hold a current and valid driver’s license. * Have experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury environment. * Must have working rights in Australia to be considered for the role * Passionate about advancing your career within a dynamic team environment. * Thrive in a fast-paced setting with a proactive, driven attitude. * Possess smart solutions and a positive, can-do attitude.
