THE SALARY RANGE FOR THIS POSITION IS $20.00-$23.00 PER HOUR, PLUS ELIGIBILITY FOR BONUS PROGRAM! Position Summary: IEC is looking for a skilled Porter Tech to work at two of our apartment communities (69 units total) located in Mill Valley and Sausalito, California. The Porter must have experience working in an apartment community and strong communication and follow-up skills, both with residents and other team members. The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm and requires the ability to be on-call in case of emergency.
