PAY: $16-17/hour plus quarterly bonuses! Full time 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Weinstein Properties is seeking a motivated Porter / Groundskeeper to join our family. Location: The Union Apartments- Nashville, TN Responsibilities include: cleaning common areas, clubhouse amenities Daily Grounds Pick up Exterior Maintenance - paint curbs, pressure wash, sweep parking areas Clean Swimming Pool Preventative Maintenance assist maintenance with other tasks as needed At least 2 years of cleaning experience, grounds, residential maintenance a plus!
