Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead and motivate a dedicated portering team, coordinating daily tasks and activities.
  • Plan and oversee portering operations ensuring patient records, materials and equipment are safety and appropriately transferred
  • Maintain a safe working environment for all employees across the facility.
  • Adhere to all company, client, and legal health & safety procedures, including COSHH, hygiene, cleanliness, and fire safety.
  • Support onboarding, training, and development of cleaning staff to build a high-performing team.
